This assignment required the supply of (7) Allison 501 exhaust silencers located at a secured government facility. The government client had extremely specific noise specifications and had specialized structural engineering stipulations that had to be met quickly.

Originally LoTec installed the exhaust silencers and understood exactly what was required to meet the client’s needs in a timely fashion. Since the noise had become so bothersome to the client’s neighbors, additional acoustic provisions had to be taken care of as soon as possible.

LoTec’s proposed design met the requirements of the client with the addition of meeting EPA test ports. The final product not once but twice exceeded the expectation of the customers in both quality and timely delivery.
