A hotel opening does not wait on a late metal package. LoTec works with hotel contractors on properties just coming out of the ground and on rooms already taking guests. Canopy, rooftop frames, stairs, or the finish metal in a lobby: that is hospitality work, and it has to be ready at check-in.

Select-service inns, full-service hotels, and smaller lodges use the same discipline. We take the defined buyout so the contractor can keep rooms coming online on the date the Owner promised.
