Grocery stores

Grocery metal — from a neighborhood remodel to a full-line store.

LoTec, Inc. has designed, fabricated, and installed structural and miscellaneous steel for over 30 years. Headquartered in Dallas, we deliver that work nationwide. Bonded and insured.

A grocery metal package is usually the same list: vestibule columns and beams, refrigeration-platform framing, lintels at CMU openings, lavatory and wood-countertop supports, and angle reinforcement at fan or rooftop-unit openings. Customer-area bollards sit with the site work.

Full-line stores and neighborhood remodels use that package. The contractor keeps the floor open. LoTec takes the metal that has to be set before the cases go in.
