LoTec partners with contractors on new recreation buildings and on updates to gyms, rec centers, and sports buildings people already use. This steel is public-facing. Families never see the bid. They walk a concourse, hold a rail at the rec center, or train on a gym floor.
That work includes fitness clubs, rec centers, and sports concourses. Opening day does not move. Every one of those partnerships is valuable. The contractor holds the calendar; LoTec takes the frames, canopies, rails, and rooftop steel that have to look finished when the public walks in.
