LoTec partners with contractors on multifamily and townhome jobs. The buyout is usually the rail: balcony and terrace guardrails, stair and ramp handrails, screen or decorative rails, and courtyard planters.
Mid-rise condominiums with long balcony runs and smaller townhome terraces use the same shop. When the drawings call for it, LoTec also takes the interior columns and beams. The contractor holds the schedule.
