LoTec partners with contractors on schools that have to land before the first bell. Although a campus is a public place, the constraints to access and work on the site can be rigorous. Students never see the drawings. They hold the rail, walk under the canopy, and eat in a kitchen that opened on time.

That work includes neighborhood elementary schools, high-school additions, stadium concessions, and college labs. District calendars are tight. Every one of those partnerships is valuable. The contractor holds the schedule; LoTec details the metal and installs in the window the job allows.
