Workplace metal is often a specialized package inside a larger tenant job, and LoTec is used to that. Bank branches, lab platforms, rooftop supports, trim at a transaction counter: finished before the lease date, not after.

A full office or lab renovation and a single-branch buildout both require a dedicated metal provider. The contractor moves the tenant in. We take the structural steel frames, supports, and counter metal that have to be right when they unlock the door.
