Service-bay metal — from a quick-lube pit to a collision campus.
LoTec, Inc. has designed, fabricated, and installed structural and miscellaneous steel for over 30 years. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, we deliver projects nationwide and internationally — hundreds of completed jobs across 40+ U.S. states. The company was built on industrial turbine and low-noise systems. That engineering standard is what general contractors get on commercial work.
LoTec is committed to complete customer satisfaction through the quality of our products, engineering, and service. Whether the project is a new facility or work at an existing site, the requirement does not change: efficient, cost-effective fabrication in complete compliance with the specifications, and quality that meets or exceeds what the drawings call for. Bonded and insured.
A service bay is not a parts store. LoTec’s automotive work is in the pit, the platform, the wheel guard, and the ladder that the metal technicians use every shift. We partner with the shop contractor so that steel is in place the day the bay opens.
Neighborhood quick-lube bays, dealership remodels, and larger collision or training campuses use the same fabricator. On a lube shop the work we’re tasked with is usually the pit: stairs, service platform, wheel guards, and the guardrail at the pit ladder. Collision and training buildings more often take rooftop exhaust penetrations, embedments, and bollards. A dealership remodel can be the column-and-beam frame only.
