LoTec partners with hospitality contractors on dining rooms already taking guests and on tenant finish that has to be ready on opening night. A dining room is a public stage. Guests see the stair, the canopy, the trim they rest a glass on — brass, bronze, powder-coated steel — and that metal has to be right when the doors open.

Destination dining and a smaller shop in a center use the same discipline. One package may be the columns and beams, the metal-pan stair, and the finish metal at the bar and banquettes. Another is the canopy and storefront, rooftop-unit openings, ice and cooler platforms, roof ladders, dumpster gates, and site bollards. Loose lintels at masonry openings show up on both. We coordinate with the other trades so the kitchen and the dining room come online on the date the contractor promised.
